Financial Assistance Program - Prescription Drug Coinsurance, Copayments, & Deductibles

• Description:

  HealthWell Foundation provides financial assistance to eligible individuals to cover coinsurance, co-payments, healthcare premiums and deductibles for certain treatments. If one been been prescribed a medication and your insurer covers it, but one cannot afford the coinsurance or co-payment required, they may be able to help by paying some or all of ones costs associated with the medication. Also, if one is eligible for health insurance, but cannot afford the insurance premium, they may help by paying some or all of the medical portion of one's insurance premium.
