Badger Creek Meadow Apartments

    We have a total of 76 units at Badger Creek Meadow Apartments. 14 one bedrooms, 44 two bedrooms and 18 three bedrooms. All rent is based on 30% of your gross income. All utilities are included except for your electric (NYSEG). We have a Community Center on the property that is used for tenant/staff meetings and parties and it can also be rented out for private parties per tenant request. We also have a full size playground and a baseball field on the property. Pets are not allowed. To be placed on the waiting list you will need to fill out and turn in an application to the leasing office at Badger Creek Meadow Apartments, or you can send it in the mail. Mailing address is: 40 Redwood Circle Painted Post, NY 14870.
