Hospice provides specialized care for terminally ill people and their families. All Hospice services are designed to help people achieve the highest possible quality of life. These services include: medical care, emotional support, spiritual resources, music therapy, art therapy, massage and much more. All services are provided by highly trained staff who is experienced in end of life care. Terminal Illness diagnosis, six months or less prognosis and doctor certification 24 hour call.
A Palliative Care Program serves anyone with a life-limiting illness. They do not have to have a prognosis of being terminally ill and they can continue to receive treatment. Provides the services of a physician, nurse, social worker, and pastoral care as needed. Can help with pain control, advanced care planning, and many other issues.
