Women's Trauma Recovery Empowerment (TREM)

  • Description:

    TREM is a 24-session group for women with histories of abuse and trauma. Focuses on educating and empowering women and teaching them healthy ways of coping. Sessions offer the group a different discussion topic each week. New members may join with approval of the group facilitator. Research has proven that women who have completed TREM have had lower rates of ER visits, re-hospitalization, and incarceration.
