    Case Managers will help guide you to the support you need and serve as a link to the following services:

    •Comprehensive case management services

    •VOC’s Female Veteran & Families Program

    •VOC’s Quartermaster program (Clothing, household goods, and food support)

    •Link to on-site and off-site community partners focused on serving veterans:

    Education - VOC’s Education & Career Coach & RIT’s Veterans Upward Bound Program

    Legal - LawNY

    Financial - Annual income tax preparation & financial counseling/budgeting

    Veterans Benefits (VA)- New York State Division of Veterans Affairs

    •Housing search and placement assistance

    •Veteran camaraderie programs & events
