  • Documents:Initial Visit: • Picture Identification (For example, a Driver's License or a Non-Driver's ID) • Proof of number of people in the household • Proof of residency (utility bill, landlord statement, lease) • Proof of Income (DSS Client ID Cards, Pay Check Stub, Medicaid Card, SNAP, Bank Statements, Food Stamp Cards, Pension or Retirement Statement, Unemployment Insurance Paperwork, WIC Cards, Social Security Statements) After The First Visit: • Picture ID • Proof of Current Residence • Proof of Income • 4X6 Pantry Distribution Card (given at the first visit)
