    Offers information, assistance and referrals for all programs in Chautauqua County. This program is open to all persons in Chautauqua County regardless of age ( infants to adults ), income ( low to high income levels ), and disability ( you do not have to have a disability to be able to utilize No Wrong Door / NY Connects ). The No Wrong Door representative is knowledgeable in all areas of services that are offered in Chautauqua County and is able to assist by answering your questions and getting you to the correct service provider for your needs. The No Wrong Door representative is able to come to your home, or you can meet at the office or at another safe location if the situation warrants. No Wrong Door also provides person centered counseling services, facilitates person centered planning meetings, and uses their skills to ensure you are able to live your life the way you want by utilizing the services you are eligible for. Once services are found, the consumer is the one who decides if they want to utilize the service - it is not mandatory that a person utilize any service that the No Wrong Door representative may find for you. This program is available to everyone in Chautauqua County.
