New Horizons offers access to services for people suffering from alcohol or drug-related problems. They offer confidential assessment service to assist the patient and/or referral agency in determining the presence and severity of alcohol or other psychoactive substance abuse or dependence. They also provide recommendations and referrals to the appropriate level of care.
