Through the Broome County Health Department, this service provides pre-and post-test counseling, education, and free, anonymous testing for HIV/AIDS. Offers individual and group education re: HIV/AIDS/sexually-transmitted diseases. Works to improve quality of life of individuals and families impacted by HIV and AIDS by fostering comprehensive, accessible, and integrated system for health and social support services.
