Located in City Hall has a record of all births and deaths in the City of Oswego dating back to the late 1800's All other county residents must obtain these records from their Town Clerk. For Oswego City Residents born outside the City of Oswego, this Bureau will help them request and receive their birth or family death certificate from other towns, cities or states. There is a nominal charge for these services.. The Bureau of Vital Statistics will not give any vital information out over the phone Call 342-5600
