    Do you suspect your child has a developmental delay? Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Staten Island provides Early Intervention Services to eligible children from birth to three years old. VNA of Staten Island has earned accreditation from the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) and is also a New York State-approved provider of Early Intervention Services.
