    Services Provided: Physically Handicapped ChildrenÆs Program is voluntary, and is utilized mostly for orthodontia, funded by NYS. Client must be denied by MÆAid. Early intervention program is mandated, and involves intermittent screening and referral for correction of developmental delays, etc. Children with special health care needs does not involve money; is an information and referral service for children with unusual situations or adaptive needs.
