Child Advocacy Program

  • Description:

    Bivona Child Advocacy Center focuses on child abuse response, healing and prevention through collaborative service, awareness, education and leadership. Bivona will help children and families through the healing process, the investigation, evaluation and if appropriate, the possible trial.

    Bivona Child Advocacy Center’s partners with Child Protective Services, social workers, law enforcement, prosecutors, medical professionals, therapists, advocates, and volunteers under one roof. Children who come to Bivona receive an interview, a medical examination, meet with a victim advocate and connect with a therapist, in a warm, child-friendly environment.

    Team members work together to provide the child and family the support services they need—all the way through trial and beyond.
