Adult Medical Day Health Care at Wilkinson Center

    Health monitoring, socialization and supervision, skilled nursing care and Assistance with eating, walking, toileting and personal hygiene, speech, occupational and physical therapies, nutritious meals and snacks, lab and
    x-ray services, case management, recreational activities, arts and crafts, social services, caregiver support services and an ""Adopt a Grandparent"" program. Transportation to and from the program is available.

    Speech and Hearing, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
    Inpatient and Outpatient Rehabilitation.
    Sports Medicine, Monday through Thursday 8 a.m.- 7p.m., Friday 8 a.m. -4:30 p.m.
