Supporting and facilitating employee retention is a program offered by the Resource Center in conjunction with the United Way's Empire State Poverty Reduction Initiative. SAFER is designed to offer support to local businesses who may not otherwise have access to resources or knowledge of issues associated with the effective management of employees. SAFER targets employees who are considered vulnerable due to generational poverty and complex work-related issues. SAFER provides a confidential on-site resource for your employees to utilize. If you are interested in utilizing the services of the SAFER program, our SAFER Team will work directly with your team to identify employees who may benefit from this unique program. The Resource Center SAFER program provides the staff and you provide the employees. The business and the employees of the business both benefit from the SAFER program.
