Efforts by service providers will include the cultural and linguistic competence of their programs, management and staff.

We provide free education, advocacy, and support services to all those affected, individuals and families, by brain disorders, including serious mental illnesses and/or emotional/behavioral disorders in Clinton, Franklin, and Essex Counties.
The Family Resource Network assists parents with questions they might have regarding their child's special education program and Individualized Education Plan.

The Board of Elections is a bipartisan office comprised of two appointed Commissioners representing the state’s major political parties, and equal party representation in all facets of the Board. Tioga County Board of Elections can provide sample ballots, polling locations and maps, voter information and forms, who is running for office, elected officials, and election inspectors.

The Chemung County Health Department is the lead agency for the Southern Tier Tobacco Awareness Coalition (STTAC).
The Southern Tier Tobacco Awareness Coalition (STTAC) is a community partnership grant-funded by the New York State Department of Health Bureau of Tobacco Control (BTC). STTAC is made up of two main components, Community Engagement and Reality Check. These components work together, seeking to build healthier communities through tobacco-free living in Chemung, Schuyler and Steuben Counties. We have several initiatives and efforts to help us work towards our goal of bettering lives and communities.
